Perform document actions on a document level offline
You can perform different actions on an offline document regardless of whether the device is offline or online.
Tap the menu icon at the top right of the Document Properties page to access these options:
- : Opens the file attached to the document.
- : Allows to select any compatible application (for example, Gmail) to share the document. The document is then added to the queue and sent automatically once the device is back online.
- : Removes a document from the Offline Documents.
- :Allows to cancel and return to the document.
These options disappear when the user taps anywhere else on the page.
