Editing and checking in a document

  1. On the Edit Document page, make changes and click Save.
  2. On the prompt, select one of these options:
    • Yes: The system saves the changes and moves the document to the checked-in state.
    • No: The system saves the changes and keeps the document in the checked-out state for further editing.
    Note: After a document is checked-in, you cannot edit it until it is checked-out again.
