Testing the new template for emails sent with IDM
Note: Only Microsoft Word files can be used as templates. Using a file type
other than Microsoft Word results in an error.
- Select a test document in Document Management.
- In the action menu in the Document Detail view, select .
- Fill in the fields. In the To field, specify an email address that you have access to so that you can verify the results.
- Click .
- Check the recipient’s in-box. It may take a few moments for the email to arrive.
- Verify that the email body is using the new template.
