Introduction to Infor GenAI

The Infor GenAI is a generative AI platform part of Infor OS that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to enable applications, including third-party applications, to utilize generative AI capabilities.

GenAI assists users with tasks such as data and text generation, summarization, translation, contextualization, and analysis. GenAI services are accessible via APIs, which CloudSuite solutions can invoke with business context. The results are then provided back to the user as an embedded experience, either through a widget or a chat session.
