Querying Compass

Sometimes, retrieving table row counts from Compass for validation against the application’s row count for the same table can help. The additional information provided can be useful to triage the reason for a mismatch. You can query Compass on demand to get the row count value for specific data object name and timestamp.

To display the row count:

  1. Expand the reconciliation card.
  2. Click Play in the Compass circle under the Row Count section.
