Operating a pipeline

After the required pipeline activities are placed on the canvas and are correctly configured, you may start the pipeline by clicking the Start icon. The status of the pipeline should change to Running. While a pipeline is running, you cannot change the model and configuration. A pipeline that has never been run will be in a draft status. Pipelines that are in the draft or stopped status can be modified.

To monitor a running pipeline, switch to the Overview tab, and it will display the monitoring charts for the pipeline processes.

The pipeline's initial load process can be started only when the pipeline is running. The initial load feature enables you to extract data from Data Lake within a period of time. Initial load and Live data processing are separate activities you can monitor individually on the Overview tab, and their errors are separated in their own categories in the Replay Queue.

In case delivery errors appear and records fail to be delivered, you will find these failed events in the Replay Queue.
