Setting the primary node

The primary node is the starting point for the metagraph. When publishing a view, the primary node serves as the initial query table in the generated SQL statement. By default, the first node added to the model becomes the primary node.

In the model, the primary node is larger in size and contains a solid star icon.

To change the primary node:

  1. Right-click the node.
  2. Select Set as primary node from the context menu.
    Alternatively, you can select the node and click the Star icon in the details panel.
