NVL2

Use NVL2 to evaluate an expression and determine if the value is NULL or not NULL.

Define a substitute value for a not NULL condition and a substitute value for a NULL result. The first parameter is the expression, the second parameter is the substitute value for a not NULL condition. The third parameter is the substitute for a NULL condition. The second and third parameters must be the same data type.
