Deleting a security profile

If a security role no longer needs access to Data Fabric, delete the security role's profile.

Note: The security profiles for the DATAFABRIC-SuperAdmin, DATAFABRIC-User, Infor-SystemAdministrator, and MingleAdministrator roles cannot be deleted. If you select those profiles to delete, no Delete icon is displayed.

Note: If a role whose profile was deleted no longer requires access to Data Fabric but was previously added to the Data Fabric Permissions list in Infor OS Portal, we recommend that you remove that role from the Permissions list. For details, see "Applications" and its subtopics from the Infor OS Portal Administration Guide.

Select Security.
In the Security Profiles panel, select the profile you want to delete, and click the Delete icon in the profile toolbar.
Alternatively, in the Security Profiles panel, hover over the security profile you want to delete, click the More icon, and select Delete.

To delete multiple profiles at once, select the check boxes of the security profiles you want to delete and click the Delete icon in the blue row.
To confirm the profile deletion, click Yes.
The deleted profiles are not displayed in the Security Profiles panel. The security roles associated with the deleted profiles no longer have access to Data Fabric.
