Filtering data objects

To narrow down the list of data objects, you can filter the columns. The column filters are not shown by default.

  1. Click the More menu.
  2. Select Show Filter row.
    Click Show Filter row again to hide the column filter.
  3. Specify or select the value in the column to filter. The filter value and operators are determined by these object property (column) data types:
    • String Columns are filtered by keyword. The default operator is Contains ‘=’
    • Date & Time: You can specify or select the value from a calendar. Default operator is Equals ‘=’
    • Number: Default operator is Equals ‘=’
    • Boolean: True or False.
    To clear the column filters, you can remove the applied values or use the Clear Filters option in the More menu.
