Assign external entity management resources to tags

Users must have the Infor-SystemAdministrator and IFS-ExternalEntityAdmin roles to assign external entity management resources to tags.
  1. Select User > External Entity Management.
  2. Expand External Entity Management.
  3. Select General Settings > General Settings > Tags. All available tags are displayed.
  4. Select the Drilldown icon of the tag you would like to associate new resources to.
  5. Once in the selected tag drilldown, click Add. An Add Resource overlay displays with the supported resources.
  6. Select the external entity type and the resources you want to associate with the tag and click Add. Resource associations display in alphabetical order.
