Best practices

Email templates should be marked as templates. Ensure the templates are selected as Output Templates when creating a package.
  • The XQuery of your Email Configuration should point to the template name or another attribute that is specific to the template itself and not ID or MDS_ID. This is a general best practice for Document Management.

Imported templates from time to value in the target tenant have a different created by user ID. The user ID is IDM_batch_import_user.

If an output template is archived, and then restored; the user must re-add that output template to the tag.
