Data Fabric for Stream Pipelines does not have specific pre-deployment tasks. However, before you update a tenant with the local package content, you must stop active stream pipelines in the target tenant. This is because running stream pipelines cannot be overwritten. After you import the local package, all new destinations are not operational. You must update and test the destinations with the new connection details and credentials before you start the stream pipelines that use those connections.
