Deleting orphaned data

When you permanently delete a user from IFS, the posts to Coleman Digital Assistant for the user are orphaned. No personal information is attached to the posts.

  1. Select User Menu > Data Management.
  2. Select the Orphaned Data tab.
    Posts are group by User GUID.
  3. Click the details button to permanently delete the posts.
