Accessing Coleman Digital Assistant
A chat interface is opened that allows you to interact with Coleman Digital Assistant through text or voice. Conversational interactions are called skills. Each skill has a goal to answer a question or to perform a business task. The content of a skill is the same whether you access it through typed text or spoken voice.
To interact with Coleman Digital Assistant through text, type an utterance and click or press . Some skills may ask you follow-up questions, that you can answer by typing. Some skills may have a confirmation prompt that asks you to answer yes or no before proceeding. You can end a skill early by telling Coleman Digital Assistant Stop or Cancel.
To interact with Coleman Digital Assistant by voice, ensure that your microphone is enabled in your browser and that you have given permission for the microphone to be accessed on the page. Click the icon in the bottom left of the Coleman Digital Assistant interface, then speak an utterance out loud. Coleman Digital Assistant recognizes when you are done speaking after a few seconds, or you can end the audio recording by clicking the Coleman Digital Assistant icon in the listening indicator. If you do not want to send your audio message, click . Your audio message is reflected in the text interface so you can review your conversation history.
To view a list of sample utterances, click the Coleman Digital Assistant skill, or you can start the skill by giving an appropriate utterance to Coleman Digital Assistant via text or voice at any time. You do not need to enter the exact utterance for Coleman Digital Assistant to recognize your intent.
