Setting up Microsoft Teams

You can use Microsoft Teams with Coleman Digital Assistant To set up Microsoft Teams:

  1. In Microsoft Teams, click Apps.
  2. Search for and select Infor Coleman.
  3. Click Add to install.
  4. After the installation is complete, specify your Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le URL when prompted.

    Your Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le URL is provided in your Welcome to Infor CloudSuite email. You can copy and paste the URL for your Infor OS instance.

  5. Provide your log-in credentials.
  6. Select Allow on the authorization screen.
    Note: To pin the Coleman Digital Assistant app on the left side, right-click the app icon and select Pin. The Coleman Digital Assistant app now resides on the side rail as a shortcut.
