Deleting user conversations

  1. Select User Menu > Social Data.
  2. Select the total message count for a specific user to navigate to the detail page.
  3. To delete a single message for a user, select Single Message.
    1. Use the search box to search for a specific message by specifying the message GUID.
    2. Select download, soft delete, or hard delete.
  4. To delete all messages by user, select All Messages. Select download, soft delete, or hard delete.
