Installing Infor OS BaaS SDK

The BaaS Extension for Visual Studio Code is available to install from [Visual Studio Code Marketplace](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=InforBaaS.baascore)

This guide explains how to install and configure BaaS for a developer. Ensure that you have the required permissions to install. This includes that your user must have the **"IONAPI-BaaS-Developer"** role.

After installation and launch of Visual Studio Code, we recommend running at least two Walkthroughs on the Get Started Page: one Walkthrough for initial setup and one Walkthrough for the Hello World example of the selected language.

For running and debugging a Service local in Visual Studio Code, we recommend following the Walkthrough 'BaaS Get Started - Local Execution and Debugging Initial Setup'.
