Support of SDK

When you experience issues with the BaaS SDK in DEV or TEST tenants, provide a support zip with the support request.

The "BaaS: Create Support Zip File" command gathers relevant logs, meta-data, user feedback, connectivity, and also runs the health check for the SDK.

Create a Support Zip File

  1. Set the BaaS Extension Log Level to TRACE in BaaS settings. Press the F1 key and specify "BaaS: Open Settings".
  2. Restart Visual Studio Code.
  3. Reproduce the issue in the BaaS SDK.
  4. Run the command to gather relevant information into a zip file. Press the F1 key and specify "BaaS: Create Support Zip File".
  5. Attach the zip file with the support request.
