Prerequisites and basic parameters

  • The customer has installed and configured ADFS 2016 or higher and the URL is reachable directly by the customer's end users.
  • The customer ADFS metadata has been downloaded by accessing the metadata URL: https://<Federation Service Name>/Federationmetadata/2007-06/Federationmetadata.xml.
  • Infor CloudSuite portal is available with administrative access.
  • The Display Name field for federations accepts only these characters:  a-z A-Z 0-9 - _
