Compass JDBC Driver

The JDBC driver uses ION API authentication.

The setup and configuration instructions for the latest version of the JDBC driver, v2020-09, are documented later. The setup and configuration instructions for the current version and prior versions of the JDBC driver are documented in Infor Support Portal KB 2103864.

There are three versions of the Compass JDBC driver available. We recommend that you use the most recent version, 2020-09. The 2020-09 driver includes column definition changes to align Compass column definitions more closely with ANSI SQL 92 and Java JDBC 8 getColumns methods.

We recommend that you use the current version of the driver because support for older versions is deprecated over time.
