Working with Review Center

This section list the Business User workflow for using the Review Center.

  1. Log on to the RPA Management application.
  2. Navigate to Review Center in the Monitor menu.
  3. Identify a use case that requires attention. The categories of exceptions that have been flagged by the RPA Flow are displayed. For example, Missing Information, Needs Validation, Discrepancies.
  4. Review the details of a document instance from the list on the left panel. The right panel displays subcategories that include the document fields.
Note: By default, documents are displayed in Read-Only mode.
  5. Click Edit in the right panel to modify a document. When a document is opened for editing, the document is in the locked status and cannot be modified by other users. Users assigned to the RPA Administrator role can view all the currently locked documents and release locked documents manually using the API endpoint, when required. For example, an administrator can release a document when a reviewer who locked the document is unavailable or on leave.
Note: A preview of each document is uploaded from IDM, if available.
  6. Perform the required action for the business process, such as manually entering missing data or validating and correcting existing data.
  7. Resubmit the process instance for automated processing. After resubmission, the document instance is removed from the UI.
  8. Monitor the status to ensure successful completion after correction.

    Example scenario:

During a process run, the OCR engine scans the document and extracts the required properties. Some properties are not captured due to noise or poor document quality. The Review Center enables manual entry of missing information so that the process can continue.
