Limitations of serverless processes

Serverless processes are currently supported only on Chrome and Edge.

RPA flows, when designed with serverless execution, does not support certain activities listed in the table below.

To ensure compatibility with serverless clusters, you must use alternative activities such as Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive activities, as well as Microsoft 365 Activities. Additionally,FTP Activities can be used only with the SFTP Protocol.

Create and Read file activities are supported by serverless execution. However, files created are stored only when a process is being run in the directory that resides in the cloud..

This table lists the activities supported by serverless clusters. This table also lists the activities that are not supported by serverless clusters and provides suggested alternatives. You must use the suggested alternatives when working with serverless clusters.
