Notification Center widget

The Notification Center widget provides a compact, embedded view of your notifications directly on Infor OS Portal workspace pages. You can view your notifications without opening the full Notification Center application.

The Notification Center widget has the same options and layout as the full application with these exceptions:

  • The Filter icon is not displayed. You can apply a custom filter through a widget configuration.
  • Quick filters are not displayed.
  • You can't search by notification type without configuring the widget.
  • You can't save filters.
  • The details view is displayed in a window.

Configuring the widget

To apply a filter, you must configure the widget.
  1. Sign in to Infor OS Portal.
  2. Open the workspace that has the Notification Center widget.
  3. Click the More icon in the Notification Center widget header.
  4. Select Configure....
  5. Specify required fields and click Save.
    The widget updates counts and displayed items automatically when configuration changes.
