Infor Notification Center overview

Infor Notification Center shows all of your notifications from various sources across the Infor CloudSuite in a single location. You can interact with them through this app.

Notification Center is a successor to Inbox and provides more advanced features such as:

  • Targeted announcements
  • Improved mobile experience
  • Action buttons to make decisions on the go
  • Improved sorting and searching

You can access Notification Center through:

  • Smart Panel in Infor OS Portal
  • Infor Go (for iOS and Android)
  • Notification Center widget in Infor OS Portal

The same notifications are displayed in all of these sources.

Settings

Notification Center includes settings to configure Out-of-Office (OOO) behavior for ION users. You can access and configure OOO options using the ION interface.

To open your settings, click the Settings icon in the top panel of Notification Center.
