Infor Notification Center overview

Notification Center is a consolidated view for all your notifications across the Infor CloudSuite.

Infor Notification Center is a common front-end application that provides one location for all your notifications from various sources across the Infor CloudSuite. You can interact with all your notifications through this application.

Notification Center is a successor to Inbox and provides more advanced features such as:

  • Targeted announcements
  • Improved mobile experience
  • Action buttons to make decisions on the go
  • Improved sorting and searching

You can access Notification Center through:

  • Smart Panel in Infor OS Portal
  • Infor Go (for iOS and Android)
  • Notification Center widget in Infor OS Portal

The same notification is displayed in all these sources.

Settings

Notification Center includes settings to configure Out-of-Office (OOO) behavior for ION users. You can access and configure OOO options using the interface provided by ION.

To open settings, click the Settings icon in the top panel of Notification Center.
