Enabling and disabling push notifications

With mobile push notifications you can stay informed about new alerts, tasks, and messages even when you are not actively using the Notification Center. Push notifications are delivered through Infor Go and can include direct links to the item and action buttons to act on the go.

Push notifications are sent each time a new task, alert, or message is created. They include a link that opens the notification's detail view screen in Notification Center in the mobile application. Depending on the notification type, the push notification may include primary or secondary action buttons. All push notifications support localization, time zone, and translation.

  1. Open Infor Go on your device.
  2. Open notification settings.
  3. Enable or disable push notifications by event type:
    • Tasks
    • Alerts
    • Messages
  4. Verify that push notifications are enabled for the application in your device's operating system.
  5. Reopen the application to ensure that updated preferences are applied.
