Action button
A primary or secondary button (such as , , and ) used to complete or update notifications.
Alert
A notification that signals an exception, escalation, or time-sensitive event.
Category
A classification label for a notification. Category is displayed in the preview and the detail view.
Custom filter
A temporarily applied filter, defined using the New Filter tab.
Details view
The full-page or pane view showing complete information, parameters, tags, and all available actions.
Distribution link
The set of users who are eligible to receive and act on a specific notification.
Drillback link
A parameter value that opens an external or internal application for a deeper context.
Filter
A configurable set of criteria (such as types, categories, priority, assignment, and dates) that narrows the notification list.
List
The main screen showing all notifications that match the current search or filter.
Message
An informational notification that doesn't require any action.
Notification
A business message sent to the user, such as a task, alert, or message.
