Adding a service provider

  1. In Infor OS Portal, select the OS application and click the External Entities tile.
  2. Click the Service Provider tab.
  3. Expand the Service Provider list.
  4. Click the Plus (+) icon.
  5. From the Application Type list, select the application type assigned during application registration.
  6. Configure the required fields based on the selected protocol.
    Display Name
    A user friendly name for the service provider.
    Entity ID
    A unique identifier for the application within the Service Provider list. This value must be unique across tenants.
    Identity Provider Certificate
    Displays the signing certificate used by the Federation Hub, including thumbprint and expiration date.
    SSO Endpoint
    Binding: HTTP POST only.

    URL: Endpoint that receives SSO responses from the Federation Hub.

    SLO Endpoint
    Binding: HTTP POST or HTTP Redirect.

    URL: Endpoint that receives logout requests from the Federation Hub.

    Signing Certificate
    Mandatory certificate used by the service provider to sign SSO requests or SLO responses. Only SHA‑256 is supported.
    Secondary Signing Certificate
    Optional alternate certificate used to support certificate rotation without downtime.
    NameID Format
    The supported formats are: Transient, Unspecified, EmailAddress, and Persistent.
    NameID Values
    Supported values: UserName (typically email) and ExternalEntitiesUserId.
  7. Click Save.

Editing a service provider

To edit an existing service provider:

  1. Click the Edit icon next to the service provider.
  2. Modify these fields as needed: Display Name, Identity Provider Certificate, Signing Certificate, Secondary Signing Certificate, SSO endpoints, SLO endpoints, NameID Format, and NameID Values.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click the View button to display identity provider information.

Deleting a Service Provider

  1. Open the Service Provider list, and then click the selection box of the service provider you want to delete.
  2. Click the Delete button.
