Adding a constant

Add a constant when you must compare an object field to a fixed value during expression evaluation. Constants are processed by the Enterprise Connector at runtime and must use a value that matches the expected data type of the selected object column.

  1. Click ADD CONSTANT.
    A new line is created with the object on the left side, preselected in the first field.
  2. Select the column from the object on the right.
  3. Select the operator.
  4. Specify a constant value.
