Export to CSV

You can export Error BODs using an asynchronous process. The exported file is available in the Reports section when the process completes.

  1. Select OneView > Error BODs.
  2. Specify the search criteria and click Search.
    After the list of error messages is displayed, you can export the list to CSV format. Use external tools such as Microsoft Excel to filter and investigate issues.
  3. Click Export to CSV on the right side above the data grid.
  4. Specify a range to export.

    A maximum of 5000 records can be exported at a time.

    If the result set is less than 5000, click Yes to export all error messages.

    If the result set exceeds 5000, the All option is disabled and the default switches to Specify range.

    If the specified range exceeds 5000 records, an inline error message is displayed: Maximum 5000 Error BODs allowed.

    The Yes button remains disabled until the range is within the allowed limit.

  5. Click OK to export the error messages.
  6. A report entry is created in the Reports section showing the status of the export.
  7. When the export is complete, download the CSV file from Reports.
