Use these fields to define the search criteria.

Search Criteria Description
Date and Time Range Represents the date and time when message processing started in ION (Message entered ION event).

Use the selection list to select a search period:

  • Last hours (1-23): Selects documents from a date range starting the selected number of hours in the past and ending at the current UTC date and time.
  • Last 24 hours: Selects documents from a date range starting 24 hours in the past and ending at the current UTC date and time.
  • Last 7 days: Selects documents from a date range starting seven days in the past and ending at the current UTC date and time.
  • Date Time Range: Selects documents within the specified date and time range. The End Date-Time value must be later than the Start Date-Time value.
  • All: Selects all documents up to the current UTC date and time.
Document Name Search for a document name, for example Sync.SalesOrder.

Select documents from the list. The list shows documents processed by ION for which you have permission to view.

Click Refresh to update the list.

To filter the list of available documents, use the search field at the top of the list. Specify a search string to display only documents that contain the specified value.

This filter works only when Display View is set to Timeline.

Document ID from message content Specify one or more document IDs, separated by commas. Use this filter to limit the search results and improve response time.

If the document ID is not found in the message content, the document ID from the message header is used unless it is blank or enclosed in double quotes.

ION OneView does not support field values enclosed in double quotes. Double quotes indicate an exact phrase match. Do not use values enclosed in double quotes.

Message ID Specify one or more message IDs, separated by commas.

You can specify part of a message ID. ION OneView searches for matching documents that contain the specified string in the message ID.

Use this filter to limit the search results.
