ION connecting considerations

There are some considerations for applications to take into account when implementing integration through ION.

When connecting an application to ION, the integration design must follow the supported messaging patterns, document formats, and routing rules. Applications must publish messages that conform to the expected structure, include required header fields, and use correct verbs for business object operations. Connectivity, authentication, and error-handling behavior must also be implemented according to the ION integration model.
