BOD verbs and verb patterns

These verb standards define how applications communicate business object changes through ION and ensure that features such as content-based routing and event monitoring work correctly. Each verb indicates the operation performed on a business object and determines how the receiving system processes the document. The system of record uses Sync to publish created, updated, or deleted data, while other applications use Process, Get, Load, or Update to request actions from the system of record. Response verbs such as Acknowledge, Show, and Confirm indicate processing results or exceptions. Applying these verb patterns consistently is required for both standard and custom documents.
