Smart panel

Smart panel content can be accessed though the toolbar on the right of the application or workspace. The content that is available in the smart panel depends on the current application.

The smart panel can have these options:


Icon	Component	Description
	Insights	Shows a predefined group of widgets associated with the current application. You can create customized groups of widgets and add additional widgets for the current application.
	Coleman Digital Assistant	Opens a chat with a digital assistant to help you complete tasks.
	Inbox or Notification Center	Presents an interactive list of business messages such as alerts, tasks, and notifications. Use the Try New switch to change the active application: Inbox or Notification Center. See Infor Notification Center User Guide.
	Smart Help	Provides access to documentation, support, and training content.
	Popout	Opens the smart panel in a separate window.
	Overlay	Temporarily places the smart panel on top of the main Portal window.
	Maximize	Expands the smart panel to full screen.
	Minimize	Returns the smart panel to the previously used quarter- or half-width size.
	Close	Closes the smart panel. When you reopen the smart panel, the application state is not reset. For example, items that you had selected remain selected.

You can resize and close the smart panel by dragging its edge.
