Manage groups

In addition to setting up a folder structure to organize links in the Menu widget, you can organize links and folders into groups.

You can change the icon colors of the items by group to distinguish one group from another.

Similar to links and folders, you can reorder groups according to your preference. You can also pin items within a group to the top of the menu list. Even though the pinned item is displayed at the top of the menu list, its association with its group remains intact.

Creating a group

To create a group, you must have at least two links in the Menu widget.

  1. In the Menu widget, click and hold the link that you want to add to a new group.
  2. Drag the link down until the New Group area is displayed.
  3. Drop the link on the New Group area.
    A new group is created.

Changing the icon color for a group

Note: When you set the icon color, it applies to all items within a group. You cannot change the colors of individual icons.
  1. Right-click a link or folder within a group in the list in the Menu widget to open the context menu.
  2. Click Change Icon Color.
  3. In the Change Icon Color dialog box, select the icon color.
  4. Click Save.
The icons of all items in the group are changed to the selected color.

Moving a group
