Moving a link or folder

You can move a link or folder to a new location in the list in the Menu widget in two ways:

  • You can drag and drop the link or folder to a new location within the group or in another group.
  • You can use the context menu. Complete these steps to move the link or folder to another group.
  1. Right-click the link or folder to open the context menu.
  2. Select an option:
    • Move to New Group

      The selected link or folder is positioned at the end of the list as a new group.

    • Move to Group Above

      The selected link or folder is moved to the group above it. The Move to Group Above option is displayed in the context menu only if a group is available above the selected item.

    • Move to Group Below

      The selected link or folder is moved to the group below it. The Move to Group Below option is displayed in the context menu only if a group is available below the selected item.
