Menu
Customize the widget to navigate to your favorite pages with one click. You can add icons, web links, and bookmarks from Infor OS Portal. You an also create groups of links to organize the content within the widget.
This table shows the configuration elements of the widget:

| Title | Title of the widget. |
| Show icons in list | Switch to show or hide icons in the list. |
| Show lines in list | Switch to show or hide lines that separate items in the list. |
| Convert to portable links | Switch to update the logical IDs of bookmark links so that a preconfigured widgets with applications bookmarks can be imported to another environment or customer site.
When this setting is enabled, all existing links and any new links are converted to portable links. When this setting is disabled, new links are not converted to portable links, but existing links that were previously converted remain converted links. |

This table shows the custom actions that are available in the menu of the widget:
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Add link | Adds a link to the menu. As the primary action for the widget, it is also available as an icon in the widget title bar.
Optionally, you can add a link by copying and pasting an existing link to the widget content. |
| Add link from bookmark | Shows the dialog where you can select a bookmark. |
| Add folder | Adds a folder to the menu. You can add multiple levels of folders, and you can reorder the folders and change the level structure of a folder.
Optionally, you can add a folder by copying and pasting an existing folder to the widget content. |
| Toggle Search | Shows a search bar in the widget to search for links or folders. |
| Export | Copies the JSON code of the menu structure for an existing menu widget to the clipboard. You then use to copy the menu structure to another menu widget. |
| Import | Pastes the JSON code from an exported BookMarks.xml file with bookmarks from Infor OS Portal. |
