CAPTCHA

CAPTCHA is used to confirm that requests are made by humans and to block automated threats such as web scraping, credential stuffing, and spam.

Infor uses:

  • AWS silent CAPTCHA: A silent challenge that validates the client session. The verification occurs in the background and does not require any action.
  • AWS WAF CAPTCHA puzzles: Randomly generated puzzles that are available in visual and audio formats, with instructions in the browser's language or in English. AWS WAF CAPTCHA puzzles are used only when AWS silent CAPTCHA has been disabled in the tenant.
Tip: Because CAPTCHA puzzles are automatically refreshed, we recommend completing the CAPTCHA puzzle and submitting the solution before specifying the required fields on the page.

Refer to AWS documentation for more information. See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/waf/latest/developerguide/waf-captcha-and-challenge.html.

In Infor Government Solutions (IGS), an alphanumeric CAPTCHA is used.
