Widget Settings

In Widget Settings, you can manage these settings:
Setting Description
Display restricted widgets on a workspace Controls if restricted widgets (widgets that a user does not have permission to view) are displayed on a workspace. If enabled, such widgets are displayed with an unauthorized icon and message. If disabled, such widgets are hidden. The default value is disabled, which means that restricted widgets will be hidden.

Broken widgets on a standard workspace are hidden by default irrespective of this setting value.

Tenant Widget Administration Enables users with the PORTAL-ContentAdministrator security role to manage tenant widgets.
Trusted Domains > Enable for Web Widget All domains that belong to an application that the user has access to are considered trusted domains for that user. Use Trusted Domains to add domains that are used in context applications to enable messaging and to enable more strict URL handling in a subset of widgets.
