Known issues and troubleshooting
These are the current provisioning limitations.
- While linking a group from Okta to a SCIM group in Infor CloudSuite, only the groups created through SCIM are available from Infor CloudSuite.
- Once any attribute from the table below has been set with a value, it can not be set back to a null state.
These are the current Infor-specific attribute details.

| userAlias | Yes | If duplicate, 409 error | Once set, userAlias value cannot be changed. This is a one-time value set up per user.
User Alias must be in upper case and must have fewer than or be equal to 10 characters.
Note: These characters ( / ? < > \ : * | " ) are restricted.
