Users page
The Users page in Infor OS Security (formerly IFS) provides a centralized interface to efficiently manage user accounts and roles. It supports the onboarding process for large groups of users by importing user passwords.
Admin actions and permissions
You can perform these actions on individual users or groups:
- Add New Users: Introduce new users to the system.
- Apply Actions: Copy users, activate or deactivate accounts.
- Edit User Details: Modify existing user information.
- Delete Users: Remove users from the system.
- Import Users: Use supported file formats for bulk user addition.
These roles have full capabilities to manage the Users page, with unrestricted access to all features and functions:

- UserAdmin
- Infor-SystemAdministrator
