Manage service accounts

Adding service accounts to security access profiles

  1. Select Security > Configure > Master Data Types > Security Access Profiles.
  2. Select a security access profile and click its details page.
  3. Click the Service Accounts tab and then the Add Item icon.
  4. In the Add Service Accounts dialog box, select one or more service accounts.
  5. Click Add & Close.
  6. Click Save.
After they're saved, the selected service accounts inherit and enforce all security override settings from the associated security access profile.

Removing service accounts from security access profiles

  1. Select Security > Configure > Master Data Types > Security Access Profiles.
  2. Select a security access profile and click its details page.
  3. Click the Service Accounts tab.
  4. Select one or more service accounts to disassociate.
  5. Click the Delete icon and confirm the deletion.
  6. Click Save to finalize the update.
