Additional properties

Additional properties are user attributes that can be created for each tenant. You can customize user information based on your specific business needs and requirements.
This table describes the fields on the Security > Metadata > User Properties > Additional Properties tab:
Field Description Notes
Property Defines the property name that appears on the User Details page. Cannot be modified after creation.
Description Provides a brief explanation of what the property is used for. Can be modified after creation.
Data Type Defines the data type for the property.

Cannot be modified after creation.

Supported types are:

  • Number
  • Boolean
  • Multiselect
  • Date
  • Text
  • Lookup
Required Indicates whether the property must have a value.

When required fields are empty, users receive an error message.

Used Shows whether the property is currently being used by at least one active application type. Status has the read-only indicator.
