Changing an icon

With the Change Icon feature users can customize the icon displayed on various Infor OS Portal pages and in IFS and MFA emails. These pages include Home Realm Discovery, Forgot Password, and Contact Us.

  1. Select Security Administration > Settings > General Settings
  2. Click Change Icon.
  3. Select an option:
    Change Icon
    Upload and select a supported image.
    Get Default Icon
    Restore the default Infor icon.
  4. Configure display options:
    Enable for Home Realm Discovery, Forgot Password, and Contact Us
    To apply the new icon, select this check box. Otherwise, the default Infor icon is displayed.
    Enable for emails
    Select this check box to display the icon in all IFS and MFA emails.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Optionally, click Get Default Icon and then Save to revert to the default Infor icon.
