Importing passwords

With the Import Passwords feature you can securely upload user passwords in bulk using a CSV file. This functionality is accessible only to users with an admin role.

The import file must be in CSV (UTF-8) format and contain two columns:

  • User Identifier, with these identifiers:
    • UserName
    • EmailId
    • FedId
    • Identity2
  • Password, which must meet these requirements:
    • Minimum eight characters.
    • At least one special character
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one lowercase letter
    • At least one number
  1. Navigate to the Users page.
  2. Click Bulk Actions and select Import Passwords.
