Cloud Identities Customization

The Cloud Identities Customization option is available only when you enable Authenticate with Infor STS. With this feature administrators can customize the Contact Us link and messaging on the Cloud Identities sign-in page.

Customization options

  • Use Default Contact Us Link: Displays the standard Contact Us Link provided by Infor.
  • Add a Custom Contact Us Link:
    • You should specify a URL in the text box.
    • When you click Contact Us on the Cloud Identities sign-in page, you are redirected to the specified URL.
  • Hide Contact Us Link in Cloud Identities sign-in screen and relevant emails: Removes the Contact Us link from:
    • Cloud Identities sign-in page.
    • MFA, password reset, account registration, and passkey update emails.
    Note: The Hide Contact Us Link in Cloud Identities sign-in screen and relevant emails check box is automatically selected when:
    • No users are assigned to the DistributionIFSContactUs group.
    • No Custom Contact Us link is configured for the tenant.

  • Custom message: You can specify a custom message to display on the Cloud Identities sign-in page for additional guidance or branding.
