Verified Email Domain

The Infor CloudSuite Self-Service Portal displays a list of approved domains for each tenant in the Verified Email Domain section, which is read-only.

Domain validation

Verified domains are specific to each tenant and cannot be edited. Domain validation ensures compliance and prevents unauthorized email usage. When a tenant administrator sets a "From" email address for an employee in Infor External Entity, the system validates the domain to ensure:

  • The email domain matches the approved domain for the tenant.
  • The domain is listed in the Trusted Domains section in User Management.

If the configured email address does not match an approved or trusted domain:

  • The address is not saved.
  • The system uses the default email address.
