This section explains how users can install and configure Infor Go to connect to your environment.

Enabling Infor Go for a multi-tenant environment

Any multi-tenant environment has Infor Go enabled by default. If not, locate the ENABLEINFORGO feature flag in the Infor CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP) and ensure that it is set to 1.

Infor Go has no specific security role that enables a user with the Basic Suite-User role to log in to the application. However, the content and the applications in Infor Go are generally associated with specific security roles.

Downloading and installing Infor Go

Instruct users to go to the AppStore (iOS) or the Play Store (Android) and find and install Infor Go.

If you are the Infor Go administrator and have MDM solutions, you can use MDM to distribute Infor Go to users and control its installation and uninstallation.
