Adding extensions to prompts

  1. Open the Active flow in Infor Document Processor .
  2. Select Add Document Class component.
  3. Select an entity as a Key identifier, if required, for condition-specific extensions.
  4. Select the prompt component where you want to apply the extension, for example an entity or instruction.
  5. Click Add extension.
  6. Specify the prompt content that replaces the standard content.
  7. Optionally, specify a Key Identifier Condition to define when the extension is applied.
  8. If you use several conditions or vendor-specific overrides, add the extension to a Group.

  9. Click Save to add the extension.
    The extension is added on top of the standard prompt definition. The base flow remains unchanged.
