IDP provisioning

Before you provision Infor Document Processor (IDP) for a tenant, ensure that these required platform services are enabled:
  • Infor Document Management (IDM):

    IDP depends on Infor Document Management (IDM) for database.

    Ensure that IDM is provisioned for the tenant before enabling IDP.

  • GenAI Embedded Experience:

    To use GenAI-powered IDP capabilities, such as base flow listing and custom flow creation or listing, inference, and flow import or export, enable GenAI Embedded Experience in Self-Service Portal in Concierge.

IDP can be provisioned for a tenant through two methods:
  • manual provisioning
  • auto-provisioning with RPA

Manual provisioning of IDP

Before you provision Infor Document Processor (IDP) manually, ensure that the prerequisite platform services listed earlier in this section are enabled.

To provision IDP manually for a tenant, you can:
  • Enable the required feature sets through CSP
  • Send SPOT request
Manual provisioning enables the IDP API suite, user interface, and related database configuration based on the selected feature flags.

For basic manual provisioning, enable these feature flags:

  • IDDP=1
  • IDDP_UISVC=1
  • IDDP_UI_PHASE1=1

Auto provisioning of IDP with RPA

IDP can also be auto-provisioned when you provision RPA for a tenant. When you provision RPA, IDP is automatically provisioned for the same tenant.

These feature flags are enabled as part of IDP auto-provisioning:

  • IDDP=1
  • IDDP_UISVC=1
  • IDDP_UI_PHASE1=1

These feature flags enable access to the IDP API and user interface for the tenant.

Before using IDP capabilities after auto-provisioning, ensure that the prerequisite platform services listed earlier in this section are enabled.
